What to Expect
The 9D Experience
Everything you need to know before, during, and after your session — so you can show up and let go.
What Is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is an immersive healing modality that combines active breathwork with a multi-layered audio experience designed to engage the nervous system at a deep level.
The "9D" refers to nine dimensions of sound: binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, 432hz tuned music, isochronic tones, guided affirmations, spatial audio, hypnotic guidance, nature sounds, and breathwork instruction — all layered together and experienced through headphones.
The combination of circular breathing and the 9D audio creates altered states that allow stored emotional and physical patterns to be processed and released — patterns that talk therapy or conventional relaxation often can't reach.
It is not meditation. It is active, body-based healing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to have done breathwork before?
No. Most clients come with no prior experience. The facilitator guides you through everything.
Is it safe?
9D breathwork is generally safe for healthy adults. There are some contraindications — pregnancy, certain cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, and recent surgeries. Please disclose any health conditions in your intake form. Leslie will review and follow up if needed.
What does '9D' mean?
9D refers to the nine dimensions of the audio experience: binaural beats, solfeggio frequencies, 432hz music, isochronic tones, guided affirmations, spatial sound, hypnotic guidance, nature sounds, and breathwork instruction — layered together for maximum nervous system engagement.
What if I can't breathe 'the right way'?
There is no right way. Your facilitator will guide you, and the pace is always yours. Many people find the breathing easier than expected once they relax into it.
What should I wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing you can lie down in comfortably. Layers recommended — body temperature can shift during breathwork.
Can I come to a group session alone?
Absolutely. Group sessions are welcoming to individuals. Many clients come solo and find the shared energy of the group part of what makes it powerful.
How is this different from regular meditation?
Breathwork is active — you're doing something with your body, not just your mind. The physiological changes that happen during circular breathing bypass the analytical mind and access stored emotional and physical patterns in ways that seated meditation often doesn't.
